Order Processing And Delivery Schedule

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase please note the following schedule:

Transit Time: 1-3 Days (Monday-Saturday)

Additional Information

Most stock orders will be handled within 2 to 4 business days of being placed. However, for custom orders or during busy campaign periods and holidays, we may need extra time to prepare and package your order. In these instances, our support team will be in touch with you.

As soon as the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all delivery details.

In the event of force majeure, we will not be liable for errors or delays in the performance of shipping operations until the incident no longer affects our performance of shipping operations.

Force Majeure incidents are floods, earthquakes, or other comparable elements of nature or acts of God, wars, civil disorders, or revolutions in any country affecting the operations of Rugette, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the non-performing party including without limitation failures of the internet or any public telecommunication network, denial of service attacks, viruses, or other malicious software attacks, given that the default or delay could not have been avoided or prevented.
